Just finished Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred. I don’t realize how much I sweat until I’m fully done. But I’m excited to see where my progress will be once I get to Level 2. I’m just proud of myself for finally taking control of my life and body and changing it for the better. By the end of June I want to be the slimmer version of myself. I want to be able to rock a bikini in public and not be embarrassed of my body. Hooray for health and happiness! 

Just bought the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred, a set of weights, a new sports bra, and a basketball to practice for Summer Ball and the upcoming season. I am def. winning today!

Hello, hello. My name is Mary and this is my so called "get in shape" blog. I have always struggled with my weight as a little kid and now that it's summer 2012, I decided to change that.
