Just finished Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred. I don’t realize how much I sweat until I’m fully done. But I’m excited to see where my progress will be once I get to Level 2. I’m just proud of myself for finally taking control of my life and body and changing it for the better. By the end of June I want to be the slimmer version of myself. I want to be able to rock a bikini in public and not be embarrassed of my body. Hooray for health and happiness!
